We stayed at Quality Hotel Vienna in August, and we cannot praise this place enough! The hotel is spotless, modern, and perfectly located, and the staff are exceptional—truly going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, and we couldn’t fault a thing. What made it even more special was how the hotel handled a situation for us. Just before departing, we accidentally left two pairs of brand-new shoes in the car park. By the time we realised—10 days later while on a beach in Croatia—we thought they were long gone. I contacted the hotel via Booking.com, and Alessia, one of the amazing staff members, promptly helped us out. They found our shoes and even returned them to us! It’s not often you find such outstanding service, and we are incredibly grateful. Two times five stars for this hotel and its fantastic team! Many thanks, Vitalie

Very good and clean hotel. The staff at the reception (Javier) and at the restaurant were kind, helpful and respectful. Bathroom was clean. We were pleasantly surprised with the flexibility as we were allowed to check-in early and during check-out, they kept our luggage until the afternoon. Location is good - Not super close to the centre but 3 mins walk to the Schonbrunn Metro Station and walking distance to the Schonbrunn Palace. Good continental breakfast was included in our package, which was a plus. Variety was good as well. Overall - Value for money & recommended!

The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were nice overall. The furnishing in the rooms and bathrooms is new, and there is a bathtub in the room. The hotel is a walking distance from a bus and metro station as well as the Schönbrunn palace. The staff was accommodating and polite.

very well furnshed, clean and wonderfully looking room - super bathroom with fan - comfortable beds - satelite TV, - the location is attractive and unique - nearby Schönbrunn Chateaux and the subway station allowing you to reach the city center in just quarter an our or so - gorgeous look out of the windows with Chateaux Schönbrunn being clearly visible - super and pleasant gym with towels, glasses and jar full of drinking water, satelite TV, shower right beside the gym; very neat and luxourious

Very friendly desk clerk who upgraded us so we could have the double bed we requested. Massive room, nice bathroom, lovely toiletries. It was within easy walking distance of restaurants and there looked to be a train station nearby. There is parking (you pay for it) which was very convenient as there was no space on the street. We had a peep at the gym - a cross trainer, static bike and weights, pretty much all covers all the bases. If I go back to Vienna I'll definitely consider it.

Absolute best for price! It’s situated close to Schönbrunn palace, in a really quiet neighborhood. Metro Station (Schönbrunn- U4 Line) is really close, 2-3 minutes on foot, getting you in a city center in a matter of 10-15 minutes. Hotel Room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was also really nice. We will definitely come back when we return to Vienna.

Wonderful, cozy, and quiet hotel just right beside Schonbrunn Palace - it's within walking distance. Some great, local restaurants nearby. What was striking - great breakfast, not the kind hotels are usually serving. The staff was very nice and helpful. Comfortable parking.
